Our in-house Force Displacement Resistance (FDR) Test System is a testimonial to our ability to build custom solutions for our clients. It is a system consisting of a micro resistance acquisition module, three-axis mobile platform, customizable test bench and PLC control system to measure a probe life cycle and electric properties for variety of spring probes. 

Manual Jigs and fixtures operated by hand, ideal for prototyping, tool rooms, and low-to-medium volume production. We focus on precise locating, durable construction, and user-friendly clamping mechanisms.


Active/Passive Heat Solutions 

Both active and passive heat solutions play important roles in semiconductor socket testing by ensuring that the semiconductor devices are maintained at optimal operating temperatures, preventing thermal issues such as overheating and thermal runaway, and ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
